Warranty claim

Tell us the serial number and what went wrong. You do not need your invoice. We keep a record of which unit went to which order, so we look your purchase up ourselves.

We handle warranty directly. You will never be sent to the manufacturer — we are the importer and the seller, so it is our responsibility.

Before you start

  • The serial number is printed on the unit itself, or on the box it came in. Upper or lower case makes no difference.
  • A fault is a warranty matter for the whole warranty period — not just the first seven days. The seven-day window is for changing your mind, not for a product that breaks.
  • If the battery has swollen, the unit overheats, or you have seen smoke, sparks or felt a shock, say so in your description. Stop using it and do not post it to us — we will tell you how to return it safely.

On the unit or its box. Case and spacing do not matter.

In your own words. If you have noticed swelling, overheating, smoke or a shock, please say so here.

We will acknowledge your claim within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 3 working days.

If you are unhappy with how this is handled, our grievance officer is S.S Sharma (zovoit33@gmail.com).
